Our Hiring Procedure
Technical Interview
Following the standard CV shortlisting and telephone conversation with the recruiter, we schedule an interview that includes an oral evaluation of your skills, expertise, and problem-solving abilities. We prefer face-to-face interviews, but we will investigate the possibility of telephonic/skype interviews as well.
Practical Examination
We assess your coding, logic, and code optimization skills by assigning a real-world task. This round will be scheduled in our office at your convenience.
Interview with Management
A quick conversation with our management to better understand your career goals and cultural fit in the organization. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and solid subject matter knowledge.
Final Selection & Onboarding
The offer will be finalized in collaboration with the HR team. We make our final decision based on an in-depth analysis of each candidate's performance in each round of interviews. We will confirm your joining date based on mutual agreement, and we will provide you with the best tools to help you with your work on day one. Most of our needs for new hires are met through campus recruitment. We do, however, encourage talented newcomers to join our team. Make sure you meet the requirements of effective communication, self-motivation, and a drive to learn new things before you decide to apply for non-technical professions like marketing and business analysis.

How long does it take to know the final outcome after an interview?
We do our best to deliver the final result within a week after you have completed all stages of the interview. It is suggested that you get in touch with the recruiter if you have to wait any longer.
If I am unsuccessful to clear interview, can I reapply?
Yes, we can determine why you were turned down. However, you can only reapply after six months have passed since your interview date.
